We’re looking for an experienced Grinder to join our team in Maasvlakte! If you have a sharp eye for detail and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this role is for you. You’ll be preparing materials for welding and ensuring high-quality standards while maintaining a safe workspace. Earn €16.05 per hour + shift/overtime bonuses.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
VCA Basic Safety Certificate (can be arranged)
Aerial Work Platform Certificate (required for Maasvlakte)
Driver’s License (Class B)
Dutch B1 or English B1 level
You’ll be responsible for grinding and preparing materials for welding, ensuring proper surface treatment and maintaining safety standards. The role is full-time (40 hours/week) with flexible shifts.
Shift bonuses apply:
28% afternoon shift
35% night shift
75% for overtime/Saturday
100% for Sunday
